I want to share with you a couple of my Guided Imagery audio tracks and my 10 Minute Basic Mindfulness Practice.  Many of us spend our days rushing to do things, to get things done, trying very hard to stay on top of the mountain of activities and commitments that are our daily lives.  I've found that taking just a few moments a day to relax...deeply relax, can be very helpful and supportive for both our bodies and our minds.  With that in mind, here is a little gift of peace and relaxation just for you!
